9-Step Arrow Diamond Process

Template Details

The 9-Step Arrow Diamond Process presents nine sequential stages through connected diamond shapes designed for PowerPoint and Google Slides. This diagram displays nine connected diamonds arranged in a serpentine path that alternates up and down while stretching across the slide. The sequence concludes in a bold arrowhead that reinforces progression. Each diamond is numbered and paired with an icon, while descriptive text aligns above or below depending on the diamond’s position. The alternating flow creates a balanced composition that emphasizes continuity and direction. Serpentine process diagrams are useful for depicting lengthy workflows while keeping the audience’s attention focused on progression. This specific layout works well for presentations that outline research phases, company roadmaps, or multistage project lifecycles. For example, a marketing team could show each phase of a campaign, from initial idea to post-launch analysis, without losing clarity. Similarly, educators could illustrate a nine-step learning framework where each stage builds logically toward the next outcome. The template includes two slides already populated with numbered diamonds, icons, and text placeholders to guide customization. All shapes are fully editable, allowing changes in colors or replacement of icons from the Office library. Designers can choose between light and dark themes to match presentation style. It is provided in both Standard (4:3) and Widescreen (16:9) formats and is compatible with PowerPoint PPTX and Google Slides, ensuring accessibility across platforms.
