6-Step Pointer Flow

Template Details

The 6-Step Pointer Flow presents sequential processes through six numbered blocks with alternating directional pointers, designed for PowerPoint and Google Slides. This horizontal diagram aligns six rounded rectangular blocks along a central axis, each featuring a downward- or upward-pointing marker that alternates position. Large numbers appear inside the blocks to indicate the sequence, while circular icons reinforce the concepts visually. Title and text placeholders sit alternately above and below the axis, balancing the composition and guiding the viewer’s eye from left to right. The even spacing and rhythmic up-and-down pattern make the progression intuitive and easy to follow. This template works well for illustrating linear processes and timeline diagrams, showing how one stage leads naturally to the next. For example, presenters could use it to map out project milestones, walk through product development phases, or break down strategic plans into clear steps. The numbered blocks give immediate context, while the alternating placement avoids visual monotony, helping audiences absorb the content in logical order. The template includes two ready-made slides pre-populated with numbers, icons, and text placeholders that you can easily customize. All shapes are fully editable, allowing you to modify colors, icons, or text as needed. It is available in both light and dark background themes and comes in Standard (4:3) and Widescreen (16:9) formats. You can use it seamlessly in both PowerPoint (PPTX) and Google Slides. Download this 6-step diagram to present any linear process or multi-phase workflow with clarity and impact.
