McKinsey 7S Framework

Template Details

The McKinsey 7S Framework contains seven interconnected hexagonal shapes in PowerPoint and Google Slides that showcases organizational alignment through a central “Shared Values” component surrounded by six key business elements. The McKinsey 7S Framework analyzes organizational effectiveness through seven interconnected elements: Structure, Strategy, Systems, Skills, Style, Staff, and Shared Values. These elements are divided into ‘hard’ tangible factors and ‘soft’ human factors, with Shared Values at the core influencing all other components. This dynamic template features a dark blue central hexagon representing shared values, complemented by six color-coded surrounding hexagons. Each element utilizes distinctive icons: chess pieces for Strategy, gears for Systems, people icons for Staff, tools for Skills, a paintbrush for Style, and an org chart for Structure. The radial arrangement emphasizes the framework’s interconnected nature through strategic spacing and balanced design elements. Organizations can leverage this framework to analyze internal dynamics and drive strategic change. Business consultants find particular value in explaining organizational relationships to clients. The template excels in strategic planning sessions, change management workshops, and corporate restructuring presentations. Management teams use it to identify gaps in organizational alignment and create action plans for improvement. The presentation document includes 2 unique slides, pre-populated with icons and text placeholders for each step. Shapes are fully customizable, giving users complete control over their presentations. Options are available for both light and dark themes, and the template is offered in Standard (4:3) and Widescreen (16:9) ratios, compatible with PowerPoint PPTX and Google Slides formats.
